This is my first fun post and it might boring!

You know the videos from Mr. Reardon's blog, the animals are so disgusting!!! The animals are moving even though it is cut into a half! Down below, the is the link to the disgusting animals. But I wonder how they move even though they look dead, cut into half. I also wonder how the people made animal when they put those stuff to flavor like salt. I'm very curious about it to find out. If I do the same thing like the video, will it work? Or are there a "magic" about it?
